The manufacturing technology of butterfly valve and butterfly valve double cylinder actuator is introduced from Nakakita, Japan. After digesting and absorbing by the company, the type and size of the products have been expended to more than 20,000 categories. The remote control butterfly valves can be assembled with the worldwide famous remote control systems of Japan, Norway, USA, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Singapore, etc.

The large integrated production base—Dalian Dafa Foundry Co., Ltd. covers a total area of 190,000 square meters, possesses the capability of steel making, casting, machining, assembly, and testing, and also possesses the capability of producing castings, valves, and non-marine products. It is equipped with 4t cupola, 0.25~10t middle frequency induction electrical furnace, 10t three phrase steel-making arc furnace, 5t AOD furnace, 0.15t skull furnace, melted-model casting equipment, imported spectrometer, atom analysis instrument, material examination instrument, alkaline phenolic resin sand device, furan phenolic resin sand device, double column vertical lathe, Longmen milling machine, digital control horizontal boring and milling machine, various types of test benches and stations, etc. Our foundry can produce casting with various grades of materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, duplex stainless steel, stainless steel, grey iron, nodular cast iron, cooper alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and precise casting. The base also possesses the capability of producing and machining large steel castings. The weight of single large steel casting can reach about 30 ton.
