¡¡¡¡Dalian Marine Valve Factory (DMV) is a specialized marine valve manufacturer under jurisdiction of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation. It is one of the key enterprises to supply valves for China shipbuilding industry. The factory was established in 1932, located in Dalian High-tech Industrial Zone. It covers a total area of 160,000 square meters, with the building area of more than 60,000 square meters. In Pulandian City, DMV has its own heat production base-Dalian Dafa Foundry. DMV is equipped with more than 400 equipments and possesses fixed asset of 200 million yuan (R.M.B) .Now it has more than 1000 staff members and workers. 
¡¡¡¡The main devices are six imported machining centers, national numerical control lathe, static hydraulic test device, dynamic hydraulic test device, air test device, torque test device, cryogenic test device, special painting line etc. Designing and management of the products are under CAD/CAM/CAPP/PDM system. Multi-level warehouse are under computerized automatic transmitting system. China Marine Valve inspection center is set up at this factory.
¡¡¡¡The main products are DN3~1600mm, PN0.03~25Mpa various materials butterfly valve, air head, strainer, stop valve, stop check valve, check valve, gate valve, cock, safety valve, pressure reducing valve, storm valve, ball valve, sacrificial anode, etc. The factory has the ability to supply all valves for complete ship set.
¡¡¡¡The butterfly valve manufacturing technology is introduced from Nakakita, Japan. After digesting and absorbing by the factory, the type and size of the products have been expended to more than 20,000 categories. The remote control butterfly valves can be assembled with the worldwide famous remote control systems of Japan, Norway, USA, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Singapore, etc.
 ¡¡¡¡The heat production base, Dalian Dafa Foundry, covers a total area of 110,000 square meters, equipped with 4t cupola, 0.1~10t middle frequency induction electrical furnace, 5t AOD furnace, 0.15t skull furnace, melted-model casting equipment, imported spectrometer, atom analysis instrument, material examination instrument, etc. Our foundry can produce casting with various grades of materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, grey iron, nodular cast iron, cooper alloy, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy and precise casting.
¡¡¡¡The factory attaches importance to quality system construction. It has passed GJB9001A, ISO9001 quality system approval for military and civilian products and second party approval of the PLA Navy for producing military products. The factory has also got API ¡¢CE approval certificates.The casting production has passed the classification society approvals of CCS, LR, DNV, BV, ABS, GL, RINA, NK, etc. The series products of butterfly valve have won China national silver medal. Metal Seat butterfly valve, anti-corrosion butterfly valve, butterfly check valve have won the title of state class important new product. Cast steel sea valve, DIN standard gate valve, screw down storm valve, globe valves of cast iron, cast steel and cast bronze have won the ministry high quality awards.
